1. Introduction
By joining or using DHE Members Club (“Club”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Club is managed by DHE Luxury Suites & Hotels. Terms may be updated periodically—latest version applies.
2. Membership Eligibility & Application
- Open to individuals aged 18 and above and organizations.
- Applicants must complete the membership form, pay the joining fee, and agree to these terms.
- Membership approval rests with DHE, and acceptance may be declined without explanation.
3. Membership Categories & Fees
- Three tiers: Platinum, Gold & Silver.
- Each tier has defined joining fee and annual renewal fee.
- Fees are payable in KES and are non-refundable once confirmed.
4. Membership Term & Renewal
- Membership is valid for one year from activation.
- Renewal notices are sent 30 days before expiry; fees due within 14 days to maintain continuous benefits.
- Lapsed renewal leads to downgrade in membership tier.
5. Benefits & Entitlements
- Per-tier benefits include: room discounts, event venue access, free room nights, lounge access, priority booking, exclusive events, car wash, barber services, indoor games, and loyalty points accrual. (See membership benefits on the hotel website)
- Club benefits are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Loyalty Points & Credit
- Points accrued per spend as per tier. Points expire at end of membership year.
- Points may be redeemed for eligible services (room upgrades, food & beverage, event bookings) subject to availability.
- Credit limit is defined per member; any overage must be settled before further use.
7. Booking & Usage
- Members must mention their status and present valid Club membership at booking and check-in.
- Bookings are subject to standard Hotel T&C, availability, and specific per-tier conditions.
8. Member Conduct & Facilities
- Members must follow all Hotel rules and not cause disruption. Misconduct may lead to suspension or termination without refund.
- Access to private lounges, games room, and other amenities governed by booking and member capacity limits.
9. Cancellation & No-Show
- Member event bookings follow standard cancellation policy (7 days: full refund; 3–6 days: 50%; <72 hours: full charge).
- Room bookings are subject to Hotel room cancellation terms.
10. Privacy & Data Use
- Member data processed per Kenyan Data Protection Law and DHE’s Privacy Policy.
- Data used for communications, loyalty management, personalized offers, and regulatory obligations.
11. Liability & Indemnity
- Members liable for damage caused during use of facilities.
- DHE is not responsible for loss of personal items; liability limited to KES 100 or cost of one night’s room.
- Members indemnify DHE from legal claims resulting from misuse or negligence.
12. Amendments & Termination
- Club terms may be amended with notice. Continuing use indicates acceptance.
- DHE may suspend or revoke membership for breach. No refunds upon termination.
13. Governing Law
- Terms governed by Kenyan law. Disputes resolved in Kenyan courts.
