How do I join the DHE Club Membership?

Joining is easy—simply select your preferred tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), complete the registration form online or at our reception, and your benefits begin immediately, including a welcome gift and full access to perks.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available depending on availability and package tier.

Is Wi‑Fi included during my stay?

Yes—high‑speed Wi‑Fi is complimentary throughout the hotel, including suites, the garden, and common areas. Multiple devices can connect securely at no extra cost.

Do you offer laundry and ironing services?

Absolutely. All room tiers include iron and ironing board in-room. We also offer paid laundry and dry-cleaning services, usually delivered within 24 hours. You can also upgrade to Platinum for complimentary laundry (up to 10 items/month).

Can I get early check-in or late check-out?

Yes—Silver members can request early check-in, while Gold and Platinum members enjoy priority early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and possible fees.

What is included in the complimentary car wash?

All short‑stay resident guests receive a free basic exterior wash. Gold members get one free car wash per stay, while Platinum members enjoy unlimited car washes for their registered vehicle.

Can kids use the play area safely?

Definitely! The Kids’ Play Area—including trampoline and bouncy castle—is always supervised by trained attendants for your child’s safety and your peace of mind.

What discounts apply to food, drinks & event bookings?

Silver members get 5% off meals and drinks; Gold gets 10%; Platinum receives 15% off all food, drinks, and event-hosting charges.

Do you provide event hosting for members?

Yes—members receive exclusive, tiered pricing and priority when booking the garden for weddings, birthdays, staff parties, and team-building events. Ask our events team for customized packages.

What happens if I need to cancel or modify my booking?

Standard cancellation policies apply (usually up to 3 days before!). However, Gold and Platinum tiers offer more flexible booking options—please check specific terms when you book.

Is there a dedicated concierge or lounge for members?

Currently, all members can access our full concierge services. Platinum members will also enjoy exclusive access to our soon-to-launch members-only lounge and dedicated concierge support.

Can I add on extras like birthday surprises or corporate referrals?

Yes—members can include add-ons such as surprise cakes or décor for special occasions, opt into our referral rewards program, and tailor corporate group memberships for businesses.
